RULES REGARDING THE USE OF THE ZENITH HOTEL PARKING
The hotel parking has a limited number of parking spaces. The space is intended exclusively for free parking of cars of people staying at the Zenith Hotel, within the limit of available capacity. Access to the parking lot is allowed only after checking in and only upon specifying the room number and handing over the ticket completed with the registration number. The ticket is received at the hotel reception and can be used only if there is a space available in the hotel parking lot. Access is strictly controlled and granted on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on the number of spaces available at the time of arrival. Under no circumstances can parking spaces be reserved or blocked, either at the reception or by the parking attendants. When leaving the parking lot, at any time during your stay, your parking space cannot be withheld or blocked; upon return, access is only possible if there are still spaces available. Please do not offer money to the guards for violating the specified rules. You will only help them lose their jobs, as the parking lot is permanently video-surveilled. When parking, make sure that the position of your car is judicious, occupies a single space and allows the necessary maneuvers within the perimeter for other vehicles to enter and exit. Do not leave your car uninsured and do not leave valuables in plain sight or in the trunk. The hotel assumes absolutely no responsibility for any damage caused by failure to comply with the specified rules. The hotel’s insurance policies are not active within the parking area. Under no circumstances are the supervisors allowed to operate the cars or keep the keys.

MINIMUM RULES FOR HOTEL GUESTS REGARDING FIRE DEFENSE
Upon arrival, study the fire evacuation plan, which must be displayed on the inside of the room door.
Identify the evacuation routes from the occupied room and the manual fire alarm buttons on the floor.
If the evacuation routes are blocked or objects are stored improperly, immediately inform the reception staff.
Place the room card in the safe.
Check how the windows are opened.
Check the location of the escape ladder and the distance to it.
Check how to turn off the room’s ventilation and air conditioning system (during a fire, the hotel room you are in can be flooded with smoke and toxic gases if the respective installations are not interrupted).
If the fire is in the room, leave the room immediately, press the alarm button and notify the reception staff.
Always use the escape stairs to evacuate from the upper levels of the building. It is forbidden to use the elevator, as it may get stuck on the level on fire.
If the fire is not in your room, leave the room, provided that this can be done safely.
When leaving the room, the entrance card must be taken in case the fire blocks the escape route and the guest must return to the room.
To check if the fire is in the corridor, the temperature of the door corresponding to it should be checked with the back of the hand.
If the door is cold, from the position of leaning towards the floor, with the shoulder resting on the door, it should be opened carefully.
The distance to the escape staircase, in the case where the corridor is flooded with smoke, is covered from the position of leaning or crawling, considering that the area towards the floor is less affected.
If the corridor or stairs are impassable due to smoke, you must stay in the room, keep the door closed and seal the joints with wet towels or sheets.
The emergency services are notified by any means regarding the position in the building. This position will also be signaled from the window of the occupied room.
To report a fire or other obvious emergency, call 112.
